Radboud University offers top-quality education with a strong international focus. The university has eight faculties and enrolls over 20,000 students from more than 100 countries. The university is located in Nijmegen, a vibrant student city in the east of the Netherlands.
The deadline to apply for the 2023 Radboud University Foreign Scholarship is 1 February 2023. To be eligible for the award, applicants must have completed their first year of higher education by 30 June 2022.
Applicants must also be non-Dutch citizens and not yet enrolled in a Dutch university program (both conditions can be waived). Scholarships are awarded based on academic excellence, motivation, interests, curriculum vitae, and language skills.
In addition to being awarded tuition fees, winners receive €300 per month during their stay as well as an additional €1,500 start-up fund that they can use to help purchase things like school supplies or other necessities when they arrive in the Netherlands. Itinerant scholars receive an additional €1,000 at the beginning of each term.
